BioGenisys LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, research partners, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit biogenisysco.com or make a purchase through our platform.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide: Full name, institutional affiliation, business email, mailing and shipping address, phone number, payment information (processed via third-party processor - we do not store full payment card details), research purpose statements, and communications with our support teams.

Information Collected Automatically: IP address and approximate location (country) based on it, browser type, operating system, pages visited, navigation paths, referring URLs, device identifiers, and cookie data. We record the IP address used when you create an account, sign in and place an order.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: process and fulfill orders; verify purchaser eligibility; generate and deliver Certificates of Analysis; manage research accounts; maintain regulatory compliance records; respond to inquiries; improve site functionality; understand how visitors find and use the site; protect the site, our customers and our business, including preventing fraud and blocking accounts, email addresses, phone numbers and IP addresses that misuse the site; enforce our Terms; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your information for targeted advertising and do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with: trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytical laboratories, cloud hosting providers); regulatory and legal authorities when required by law; compliance monitoring services including LegitScript for certification purposes; and in connection with business transfers, with advance notice.

4. Data Retention

Order and transaction records: minimum 7 years. Purchaser verification records: minimum 5 years from verification date. Account information: duration of active account plus 3 years following closure. Support and compliance communications: minimum 3 years.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) including: right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information; right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information) and targeted advertising (we do not conduct targeted advertising). To exercise these rights, contact compliance@biogenisysco.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by the VCDPA. 6. Age Restriction Policy

BioGenisys is strictly a 21+ platform. All products are sold exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, or sell products to, anyone under the age of 21. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from someone under 21, please contact us immediately at compliance@biogenisysco.com and we will promptly delete such information and void any associated transactions.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
