Referral Terms

How it works

Customers with at least one paid order get a personal referral code and link. A colleague who places their first BioGenisys order with your code gets 15% off that order. When their order is paid and has shipped, you receive store credit: $30 when their first order is $100 or more after discounts, or $50 when it is $300 or more.

You earn credit for referrals

Because you receive store credit when someone orders with your code, you have a material connection to BioGenisys. Say so whenever you share your link or code, for example: "I get store credit if you order with my link."

Research use only

• Share your code only with researchers and laboratories who purchase compounds for in-vitro laboratory research.
• Do not make any statement about the effects, use, dosing or results of any product, and do not describe any product as suitable for human or veterinary use.
• Do not post your code on coupon or deal sites, in paid ads, or on pages that bid on the BioGenisys name.

Eligibility

• The 15% discount applies only to a colleague's first order on an account, email and phone number that have not ordered before. One referral is allowed at a shipping address that has ordered before; after that, referral codes cannot be used at that address. It does not combine with any other code, including affiliate codes.
• One referral credit per new customer, ever.
• No credit is issued for your own orders, when the referred order's phone number matches yours or another existing customer's, when the payer name matches yours, or when a referral has already been used at that shipping address.
• Affiliates are not eligible for referral codes or referral credit. If you become an affiliate your code is retired; credit you already earned stays usable until it expires.
• If a referred order is cancelled or refunded, the credit it earned is reversed. A partial refund that brings the order below $100 (or below $300 for a $50 credit) reduces the credit to match.

Store credit

• Store credit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined between accounts.
• Each credit expires 90 days after it is issued. Credit that expires soonest is used first.
• Credit applies at checkout to products after discounts. It does not cover shipping or sales tax.

Breach

If you break these terms, we may void your referral code and any store credit you have not yet used, without notice. We may also decline or reverse credit we reasonably believe was earned through misuse.

Changes

We may change or end the referral program at any time. Changes do not affect credit already issued, which keeps its original expiry date.
