Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns of research compounds once shipped, as we cannot guarantee product integrity after leaving our facility.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products

We will issue a replacement or full refund if:

• Product arrived visibly damaged or broken
• Product was incorrectly shipped (wrong or missing item)
• Product failed to arrive within 30 days of confirmed shipment

How to Request a Refund

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or missing items
• Email support@biogenisysco.com with your order number
• Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
• We will respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BioGenisys is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
