Questions
Is there a fee or sign-up?
No. Every account is enrolled automatically. There is nothing to join or pay.
Why no points?
Points expire, need converting and are easy to forget. Perks apply automatically to every order — nothing to redeem.
What counts toward my spend?
Paid orders from the last 12 months, after discounts and before tax and shipping. Cancelled or refunded amounts don't count.
When does my status update?
As soon as the payment for a qualifying order clears. ACH payments typically take 2–3 business days.
Do guest orders count?
Orders placed while signed in to your account count. Create an account before checking out to earn status.
Can I lose my status?
Status lasts 12 months from the order that earned it. If your 12-month spend is below the threshold when it expires, you move to the tier your spend supports.
How do free vials work?
Your pick of any vial up to $150. Claim it in your cart and it ships free with your next order. Each free vial is good for 90 days. Add it to any order in that time and it ships with that order.
How does early access work?
New and limited batches go live to VIP 48 hours early and to Insider 24 hours early. You'll see the product with an unlock time until it opens to you. Sale codes open to VIP 24 hours before everyone else.
