Delivery Addresses

We ship via UPS only. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Packaging

All products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. No product names or company branding appear on the outside of any package.

Domestic Shipping Only

BioGenisys currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect or missing items, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages).
