Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from BioGenisys LLC. By placing an order or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility and Purchaser Qualifications

BioGenisys products are available exclusively to qualified purchasers. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are: (a) a researcher affiliated with an accredited academic institution or research organization; (b) an employee or authorized representative of a licensed life sciences company; (c) a credentialed scientific professional with a legitimate research purpose; or (d) an authorized procurement officer purchasing on behalf of a qualifying institution. BioGenisys reserves the right to request documentation verifying purchaser credentials at any time. Orders may be canceled and refunded at our sole discretion if eligibility cannot be verified.

2. Research Use Only - Strictly Prohibited Uses

All compounds sold by BioGenisys LLC are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, scientific investigation, and analytical reference purposes only. The following uses are expressly prohibited: (a) Human consumption of any kind; (b) Veterinary or animal use; (c) Therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic applications; (d) Athletic enhancement or bodybuilding; (e) Anti-aging, cosmetic, or personal wellness purposes; (f) Resale to unqualified individuals; (g) Any use that violates applicable law. Purchasers who use BioGenisys compounds in any prohibited manner assume all legal liability. BioGenisys LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any misuse.

3. Regulatory Compliance

BioGenisys compounds have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. These compounds are not drugs, dietary supplements, medical devices, or consumer products. Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the FDCA, applicable DEA regulations, and all state and local laws governing research chemicals.

4. Certificates of Analysis

BioGenisys provides certificates of analysis from independent third-party laboratories, where available. Testing scope varies by product and lot. Independent lab testing on select lots. Certificates on request where available. No warranty of fitness for any particular research application is made or implied.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless a verified product defect or shipping error can be demonstrated. Claims must be submitted to support@biogenisysco.com within seven (7) days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or missing items, with supporting documentation including photographs and batch number references.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BioGenisys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. BioGenisys's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the purchaser for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BioGenisys LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from purchaser's use or misuse of BioGenisys products or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
